About Puerto Escondido

Paradise beaches of fine and soft sand bathed by the Pacific Ocean framed by green and exuberant vegetation is what Puerto Escondido has for you. This small port is located on the Central West coast of the Mexican State of Oaxaca. Its tourism vocation gives it an infrastructure eminently centered on this economic sector and to a lesser extent it has developed the commercial activity of the coffee stock from the entity's producing zones.

With a population of about 40 thousand residents, it is difficult to get lost in this city, for which up to today the use of official address numbers is not used. Once you experience it you will love knowing that oral and written addresses always make reference to a known location point as "“in front of the bank"” or "“next to the drugstore"”. So don't be afraid to ask, people are very friendly.

Additionally, in the El Adoquin area, Avenida Perez Gasca, you will find a great variety of exquisite restaurants and fun bars where you can spend the day
